From Saturday 20th September, a limited release of homes at Hollinsgate will be available to reserve – giving early house hunters the chance to secure one of our sought-after two, three or four-bedroom properties before they’re gone.
Nia O’Sullivan, head of customer care and interim head of sales and marketing at Prospect Homes, said: “Hollinsgate has been designed to meet the growing demand for spacious, high-quality homes, in Burnley. Since sharing our plans, we’ve had lots of interest from local families who are looking for a home that better fits so we don’t think this first release of homes will be available for long.”
The 21-acre site, off New Road, to the south of the town, will include 180 private sale homes as well as 20 affordable homes available via shared ownership and affordable rent.
In addition to delivering 200 much-needed homes, the development will generate over £1 million in Section 106 contributions, targeted to support local infrastructure upgrades, educational facilities, and green spaces and biodiversity.
Prospect Homes’ ‘Homes for Good’ ethos sets this housebuilder apart from competitors. Being part of the Riverside Group, one of the UK’s leading social housing and regeneration organisations, all profits from the sale of Prospect Homes at Hollinsgate will be re-invested into Riverside to contribute to their social value work and support some of the most vulnerable in our communities.
The sales cabin will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-5pm.
