SAVVY Lancashire house hunters should set their watches for this weekend when we open brand new show homes at Mitton Grange (May 20th and 21st).
From Saturday 20th May, homebuyers on the quest to find their next home will have the chance to view and experience the never-seen-before house-types at the Mitton Road development.
Mitton Grange has, so far, attracted local buyers in search of an energy-efficient new build and demand is expected to increase further once potential buyers visit the show homes and visualise what life could be like living there.
The show homes offer a preview to the three and four-bedroom homes that are currently being built customers will be able to get a feel for room sizes, layouts and specifications available.
Visitors will also be able to sample canapes from the nearby Breda Murphy restaurant while they look around the fully furnished Whalley and Pattersley.
The Whalley includes a lounge, W/C, kitchen/dining/family area and a separate utility room. Upstairs there are three double-bedrooms and a single bedroom. The main bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and there is a family bathroom. This home also comes with a single garage and driveway.

Samantha Palin, head of sales at Prospect Homes said: “The launch of the show homes at Mitton Grange is a huge milestone for Prospect Homes. This is the first development where we are selling our brand new range of house styles and since we started selling the homes, we’ve had lots of interest. It’ll be great to be able to welcome potential buyers to the development and show them what they could soon be calling home.”
