EAGER house hunters can get a first look inside two show homes launching at Abbey Vale this Saturday (1st February).
The fully furnished homes, a three-bedroom Croston and a four-bedroom Whalley, will give visitors a feel for the exceptional design and craftsmanship of a Prospect home as well as be able to explore interactive site plans and enjoy virtual tours of all eight house styles in the sales office.
Head of sales at Prospect Homes, Sam Palin, said: “We know many house hunters have been eagerly waiting to view the show homes before making a decision to move, so we’re over the moon that we can officially open them to the public.
“Abbey Vale is an ideal development for buyers looking for a blend of rural tranquillity and urban convenience. Our homes are designed with growing families and downsizers in mind, offering well-proportioned, stylish living spaces in a beautiful, leafy-green setting. We are excited to welcome prospective buyers to experience the quality and lifestyle that Abbey Vale has to offer.
“We want customers to see the quality of our homes including the various upgrades and extras available and picture themselves living at Abbey Vale.”
Prospect Homes will also be joined on the day by independent specialists who can provide advice on mortgages, legal questions around selling, and information on how the housebuilder can assist with selling their existing home through part-exchange and easy move schemes.
“Customers who reserve this weekend will also be able to enjoy the exclusive offer of getting 5% of the purchase price back to spend on things like deposit contribution, extras and upgrades. Our bespoke Wiggle Room gives house hunters flexibility, something everyone wants,” Sam added.
The show homes will be open from Saturday 1st February from 10am-5pm and guests can enjoy drinks and nibbles while having a look round.
