Recommend a Friend – Terms and Conditions
- The Prospect Homes Recommend a Friend voucher must be fully completed and handed to the sales consultant where your family or friend wishes to purchase a Prospect Home
- The Recommend a Friend voucher will need to be signed by all parties (the referrer, the person/people being referred and the sales consultant at the development).
- At the time of reservation, if you have completed the Recommend a Friend voucher, this will be recorded on the sales reservation form which will validate the reward voucher
- Only one Recommend a Friend voucher can be used against the purchase of one Prospect Home.
- The reward voucher will be for £500 of Love2Shop vouchers, which can be used at www.love2shop.co.uk.
- A reward voucher of equal value will be given to both the referrer and the referee on the legal completion of the referee’s purchase of a Prospect home. Please allow 4 weeks after legal completion for vouchers to be issued. All vouchers will need to be redeemed before the indicated expiry date on them.
- The Recommend a Friend reward is not available to employees of Prospect Homes, or any person connected or related to such an employee. Prospect Homes’ agents or any person connected professionally with Prospect Homes or acting in a business capacity.
- Prospect Homes reserves the right to withdraw the Recommend a Friend scheme at any future time.
- The reward voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Personal data supplied through the Recommend a Friend scheme will only be processed as set out in website privacy policy.
- The reward voucher is supplied by love2shop (the “Supplier”). Prospect Homes reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon submission of the Recommend a Friend voucher. Prospect Homes reserves the right to refuse entries; or refuse to award the voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Prospect Homes accepts no responsibility for any Recommend a Friend voucher forms which are not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind and accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.
