QUARTER OF HOMES SOLD AT MITTON GRANGE
DEMAND for rural new homes has boosted the sales at Mitton Grange in Whalley.
Since opening the doors to two highly anticipated show homes in May, we are already a quarter of the way to all of the properties being sold.
The development, which is offering brand new house styles, has attracted local buyers who want to continue living in the picturesque area.
Prospect’s head of sales, Samantha Palin said: “Having the show homes for customers to explore has been a big driver behind us selling a quarter of homes already. Visitors can really get a feel for room sizes, specifications and see what a fantastic spot Mitton Grange is in – within walking distance to the pretty village of Whalley with all its shops and eateries and close to major commuting routes.
“Walking around a show home is different than looking at plans online so we would urge anyone thinking of moving house to come and see if one of our homes ticks all of their boxes – we’re confident they will.”
There are a range of detached three and four-bedroom homes currently available from £350,000 up to £560,000.
The three-bedroom Croston includes an open plan kitchen and dining area that opens out into the garden plus a separate lounge and WC/utility room. Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, the main bedroom having an ensuite shower room and the further two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
The Pattersley has a lounge, W/C, spacious kitchen/dining/family area, a utility room and a study. The integral double garage has access into the hallway. Upstairs, you will find four double-bedrooms, an ensuite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom.
Prospect Homes is part of the Riverside Group, one of the UK’s leading social housing and regeneration organisations. Setting them apart from other housebuilders, all profits from the sale of Prospect Homes are re-invested into Riverside to finance their social value work and support some of the most vulnerable communities.
Sam continues: “When customers buy a Prospect home they’ll be playing their part in helping others. This is our ‘Homes for Good’ ethos, and it’s something everyone at Prospect is very proud of.”
The Pattersley show home is open seven days a week along with the Whalley. To find out more about the homes at Mitton Grange visit www.prospecthomes.co.uk/new-homes/mitton-grange/ or call 01254 375 675.
