PROSPECT Homes has announced the promotion of Nia O’Sullivan to head of sales and customer services, recognising her exceptional leadership and impact across the business.
Since joining the company as customer care manager in 2023 and stepping into the head of customer service role in July 2025, Nia has been instrumental in elevating customer experience and driving service excellence across the organisation.
Nia has over ten years’ experience in the new homes industry after starting her career as a sales executive at a national housebuilder.
Mum of two, Nia, said: “Stepping into the role of head of sales and customer services is an incredible opportunity, and I’m proud to continue my journey with Prospect Homes. Having worked closely with our customers and teams since 2023, I’m excited to help shape a seamless experience from first enquiry to moving in, ensuring our buyers feel supported every step of the way.”
Nia has played a major role in driving inclusivity across the company, championing diverse talent in both its workforce and development projects. Through the HBF’s Women into Home Building scheme, Prospect Homes has opened new pathways into site management for women, welcoming its first female candidates in Widnes in 2024 and another in Burnley in 2025. The business has also joined the HBF’s Partner a College programme, working with Burnley College to widen access for young people from diverse backgrounds and provide hands‑on experience across trades and technical roles. Together, these initiatives strengthen a more inclusive talent pipeline and reflect Prospect Homes’ commitment to broadening diversity within the business and the wider home building industry.
