A TRIO of show homes at Hollinsgate will be officially opened by the Mayor of Burnley this weekend.
Prospective buyers will be able to get a first look at the development’s design vision and refreshed customer experience.
The three-bedroom Croston and four-bedroom Sawley and Oxley, open their doors this weekend (Saturday, February 14) where they will demonstrate a blend of contemporary interior trends and locally rooted storytelling.

Organic shapes in furniture and soft geometric patterns in wallpapers and fabrics echo the contour lines found in the Hollinsgate branding, creating a subtle visual thread throughout the homes. This design language is complemented by nods to Burnley’s much‑loved attractions – from Burnley Golf Club to Queens Park Skate Park – grounding the interiors in the character of the local area.
Nia added: “A standout moment is the whimsical children’s bedroom inspired by The Secret Garden, a playful interpretation that aligns with the development’s Inside Out Living ethos. The space captures the joy of imagination and the feeling of home as a place to grow and connect.”
Alongside the show homes, Hollinsgate is unveiling a reimagined sales and marketing suite designed to transform the customer journey. The new suite features an immersive choices area where buyers can explore finishes and materials and design options, giving them the opportunity to craft a look that reflects their own style.
