LOCATION IS KEY ACCORDING TO AWARD WINNING DEVELOPER
A HOUSING developer in Lancashire continues to build on its success.
And according to Prospect Homes, which has been selling its new build properties before they were even released, location is key.
“Location is very important to our customers looking to purchase a new build property in Lancashire,” said Sam Williams, head of sales at Prospect Homes.
“We are on the final phase of our development – The Ridings, which is based in Longridge.
“It has been a hugely successful development, talking to our new residents they were impressed with the range of homes available, our customer service and of course the development’s location.”
Regarded as the gateway to the Ribble Valley and the Forest of Bowland, the market town of Longridge is famous for its countryside, cycle routes and Longridge Fell.
“The Ridings is surrounded by beautiful countryside, is a short walk to local amenities in the town centre and only nine miles from Preston so is also a perfect location for those looking to commute,” said Sam.
The Ridings located on Whittingham Road, will eventually deliver 113 two, three and four-bedroom homes; has also been recognised with two award wins.
Winning Large Housing Development of the Year at the Insider NW Residential Property Awards and the Residential Development for Lancashire category at the UK Property Awards.
“The final phase is selling very well, so I would urge any would be buyers to act fast to avoid disappointment,” added Sam.
Current homes available include The Heather, a three bedroom detached property with an open plan kitchen/diner with doors opening out into the garden area, a separate lounge and a cloakroom complete the ground floor.
The first floor boasts two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, one single bedroom and a family bathroom. Prices start from £250,000.
Another development popular with buyers is the now sold-out Brook View in Leigh, where over half its properties were sold in less than a year after launching.
“Right from when we launched sales, we saw a huge amount of interest with potential buyers crediting the development’s location,” said Sam.
“We are all very proud of what the team has achieved in Leigh in such a short space of time. We are now focused on the remaining properties in Longridge and getting started on our brand-new site in Whalley.”
The developer’s new site located on the outskirts of Whalley, will regenerate land in the area.
Offering a rural location and surrounded by picturesque Lancashire countryside, homes on this exclusive development, named as Mitton Grange, are due to go on sale soon.
Mitton Grange is ideally located for families on the edge of the village, with a range of schools, shops and stunning countryside nearby. Offering great road and rail connections to Preston, Manchester and Blackburn.
