We have sold the last home at our sought-after canal-side development in Burscough.

The collection of 54 three and four-bedroom homes has attracted strong interest from buyers seeking high-quality living in a peaceful, nature-rich setting.

We’ve also played an active role in supporting the local community throughout the build. The team partnered with nearby primary schools to run a creative drawing competition, with the winning artwork proudly displayed on the development’s hoarding. In addition, we donated funds to local sports club JN Sports, enabling them to purchase more than 150 jumpers for training sessions and match days.

Colleagues also volunteered at Burscough Community Farm, helping to build raised beds that allowed the farm to grow crops for commercial wholesale, supporting its long-term sustainability.
