Issues considered an emergency are, but not limited to:

Complete loss of hot water
Complete loss of heating
A leak that cannot be contained or isolated
Complete loss of power in the home (not a power cut)
Complete loss of gas (it is advised that your supplier is
contacted in the first instance)
