We’re delighted to share that Brook View in Leigh has been shortlisted for an award at The Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards in the category of Larger Housing Scheme of the year.

The awards celebrate and recognise the work small and medium housebuilders contribute to meeting the country’s growing need for new homes.

Named Brook View due to its proximity to Bedford Brook, the development consists of 57 homes in a mix of two, three and four bedrooms – seven of these were shared ownership available through a partnership with Riverside.

Brook View was developed as a natural extension to the neighbouring residential area, with careful consideration given during the design process to the relationship with the existing homes nearby.

All homes were sold within two years with many being early-birded (secured before the plot was released for sale) or reserved on the day they were released.

Although Brook View is now complete, Prospect Homes is currently building homes in Whalley and Burscough. To find out more about our latest developments click here.
