With her due date looming, the search for their first family home was more important than ever to Sophie who had planned to have her first child in her new home and luckily for the couple, they found the perfect home just in time.
“It was a good job we found our house when we did, we moved in two days before my due date and after living in the house for a week, I gave birth at home in the kitchen,” says Sophie.
“It was such a brilliant experience, and one that we will treasure forever. It definitely makes our home feel that bit more special.”
And eight months on, the young family have settled in well to their new home and roles as parents to Aurora.
“The original plan wasn’t to buy a brand new home however when we were faced with delays around moving, we needed a home that meant we’d have no work to do when we moved in.” says 29-year-old Sophie.
Originally from Alsager, Sophie, who works in financial services and Ben, 36, a production manager for a brewery, loved their Prospect Home due to the rooms being a lot bigger than other houses they’d seen.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1602086442637{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]“The bedrooms were especially bigger which was a huge selling point for us because we’d have a cot in our room for a number of months and then we wanted Aurora to have plenty of room to grow into her own bedroom.”
Sophie and Ben are enjoying everything Hall Drive Park has to offer including being able to walk into town in 10 minutes.
“All our neighbours are lovely and we have a great view from the house as we are opposite a meadow. We also have a great big garden which will come in handy in the summer when Aurora wants to explore.”
Sophie and Ben chose the Brookline house-style. This four-bedroom detached home has a spacious lounge at the front of the property with a kitchen/ diner and utility and cloakroom overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms with the master having an en-suite plus a family bathroom.
HALL DRIVE PARK is home to a selection of three and four-bedroom homes that start from £205,000. The first release of properties on phase two are now available to reserve.
Alternatively, prospective homebuyers can visit the sales suite and show home open from Thursday to Monday 10am-5pm.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
