The quality of our new homes in Burnley has been recognised with a top industry award for site manager Paul Fraser.
Securing the accolade, which is widely recognised as the Oscars of the house building industry, Paul said it should give buyers total confidence in the team at Prospect Homes creating 200 homes in the rural setting.
Paul earned his first highly coveted NHBC Pride in the Job Quality award in recognition of his ‘dedication on a daily basis.’
Said Paul, who lives in Burnley, with his daughter: “I just love building houses. I like taking an empty site and turning it into a housing development.
“I enjoy helping customers, meeting young families and building them their dream house.”
Pride in the Job celebrates the exceptional contribution site managers make in creating homes of outstanding quality.
Paul was selected from thousands of site managers across the UK to win the Quality Award.
Managing around 50 people on the development, creating a mix of two-, three-, four-and five-bedroom homes, Paul has worked for Prospect Homes for less than a year.
Added Paul: “I enjoy being organised, planning and taking attention to detail to consistently create a quality product, but the most important standard is to have a great team working with you, you can’t do it without them.
“Communication is vital too; you have to have an open-door policy with your team because they are the ones building the homes, so customers can have total confidence we are building to the highest standard.”
